It's the perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with good facilities and a comfortable bed. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view over the valley, which was absolutely stunning. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great start to the day.

One minor improvement could be made in terms of the bathroom situation. On our floor, there was only one toilet for three rooms, which could sometimes be a bit inconvenient.

We stayed at a hotel just off the motorway, an excellent location close to the Lake District. the room was warm and comfortable, with a lovely warm shower available. the breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of food to choose from.

Unlike other hotels in the area, the outside room was not heated on arrival, which made the smell of damp unbearable.

The rooms are clean, with good facilities and comfortable beds. We stayed in a room with twin beds and found it to be cozy and well-maintained. Although there was only one toilet for three rooms on our floor, we never had to wait for long. The breakfast provided was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

    All was fine.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay included the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. the Christmas decorations added to the festive spirit, and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the nearby town offered plenty of amenities.

the food was overpriced and the portions were small.
